We are thrilled to introduce our three newest members, each of whom brings a distinctive background and an abiding commitment to Jewish community and philanthropic service. Steven Weinstein is the founder and manager of Ochoco Capital Management, LLC, with more than 25 years of experience investing in global high-growth technology and consumer companies. He has held senior leadership roles at leading research and investment firms, including M Science and Pacific Crest Securities, and is widely recognized for his industry insights. Steve’s expertise in investment strategy and market analysis has earned him multiple accolades, including Institutional Investor All-Star and Wall Street Journal “Best on the Street” honors. Steven is located in the Bend, Ore., area and also serves on the OJCF Investment Committee.
Lisa Greenfield is an experienced employment law attorney with over 20 years of expertise advising private companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations on workplace matters. As an independent consultant, she partners with clients to navigate complex employee relations issues, including policy development, training, and workplace investigations. Outside of her professional work, Lisa is an active community volunteer, serving as a docent at the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education and supporting nature-focused nonprofits. Her two daughters are recent OJCYF board members, and Lisa serves on OJCF’s HR Committee.
Eric Kodesch is a tax attorney who advises clients on a broad range of federal, state, and local tax matters, including business planning, transactional structuring, and tax controversy. His practice includes guiding organizations through complex issues such as partnership agreements, executive compensation, cross-border taxation, and state tax disputes, including representation in the Oregon Tax Court. Eric brings deep technical expertise and practical experience in navigating both collaborative and adversarial tax environments. His three children have each been board members of OJCYF, and Eric serves on OJCF’s Finance Committee.
